The Lead report turns your follow-up activity into numbers: how quickly leads get contacted after they land with you, how many turn into appointments and bookings, and how that changes week to week.
What you'll see
The report is organized around follow-up discipline — how promptly a lead was contacted after it was assigned:
- Same-day — you followed up on the day the lead was assigned to you. This is the one to aim for.
- On-time — you missed the same day but still made contact within that week.
- Last week / two weeks ago — how you're doing at keeping older leads alive, not just the fresh ones.
- No follow-up — assigned to you for that period with no remark from you against it. These are the ones to clear first. Note it counts your remarks: if a colleague spoke to the lead, or you got to it in a later period, it still shows here.
Alongside those, you get counts of appointments made, bookings, and conversions for the period, plus charts showing the trend rather than a single snapshot.
Who sees what
Your role decides the scope, and the report is available on every plan:
- Agents and staff see their own card — the numbers for the leads assigned to them.
- Owners and admins see the whole organization and can break the numbers down per agent, which is what makes it useful for coaching rather than just self-checking.
Choosing a period
Agents and staff can switch between this week, last week, this month and last month. Owners and admins can additionally set a custom date range for any stretch they want to review.
Using it day to day
Start with No follow-up and clear that list — those are leads already assigned to you that you haven't logged a call against. Then look at whether your same-day figure is holding up week over week; a slipping same-day rate usually shows up in bookings a few weeks later.
The follow-up figures are built from the remarks you log, so that half of the report is only as good as your habit of recording calls. The appointment, booking and conversion counts come from your appointment milestones and lead statuses instead. See Leads & Follow-ups for how remarks work, and Dashboard for the at-a-glance version of what needs attention today.
